Leonardo Boutique Hotel Krakow Old Town

Had a fab 4 nights at Leonardo, the location is super close to old town n jewish quarter, a major plus. Breakfast was amazin, tons of choices from sausages to waffles n even fruit. The staff were so helpful, they even got my wife an orthopaedic pillow. The room was clean n cozy, big king size beds. They let us check out at 2pm too without any extra charge, awesome!

Magnificent location, within easy walking distance of Main Market Square. Also, convenient to the city center.

A deluxe triple room with a great view on the park and Old Town church towers, I had requested this in advance. It was functional and easy to move around, private bathroom.

Can recommend for a little getaway

Spacious room, friendly staff, the hotel's breakfast selection was good with options for various tastes, including vegan choices, and the convenient location made it easy to explore the nearby main attractions as well as enjoy easy access to public transport.

Everything was superb.

The hotel was perfect little and clean with pleasant views of the Castle. The room was good modern and well-organised and included a kettle and a lounge. The location was fantastic, walk from parks and a river. The in-house restaurant was great and their staff was superbly friendly and pretty friendly. My stay was very lovely here.

Had 3 nights in this bright and fancy hotel, spent our time here lovely. The staff were polite and kept the place fairly clean. The rooms were neat and immaculate, the food was perfect. It had a brilliant location close to train station, Old Town and center of old town.

The perfectly decorated rooms featured a unique mug and lovely little touches. Breakfast was a highlight with a fantastic selection, including make-your-own waffles that were delicious.

The buffet breakfast was an absolute feast, with everything from hearty cooked options to vegan delights-definitely a game-changer! And the cozy vibe of the Comfort Double Room was just what I needed after exploring Krakow all day. Plus, the super nice team when I had questions about nearby excursions.

Before we arrived, I requested a room on the patio side for some peace, but alas, we faced the tram side instead. The clanging started at 4 AM. A little soundproofing would go a long way !

Delicious breakfast and excellent location for exploring

My stay provided easy access to the Old Town, only a short walk away, allowing me to explore the local sights effortlessly. The breakfast was fantastic, with everything from vibrant homemade spreads to good make-your-own waffles. The hotel maintained perfect cleanliness throughout my visit. A more diverse range of gluten-free options at breakfast would have been appreciated.

The reception staff really went the extra mile by arranging an early check-in for us after our flight, and they even kept some items for us until we arrived. I loved relaxing in the leisure room and soaking up the sun on the terrace . The only small issue was that the bathroom fan was a bit noisy, but it didn't spoil our visit at all. 😊

The choice at breakfast is commendable, with pastries and fresh options, although the hot food selection could use a boost. The location is rock-solid, with easy access to Old Town and nearby tram stations, perfect for exploring on foot or using public transport.

The room layout left something to be desired. I found the Comfort Twin Room to be on the small side with minimal storage-just a closet and no drawers. Noise at night from tram traffic was notable, especially with my window facing the street. I woke up promptly with the buzz of the city instead of sleep. The lack of daily sheet changes was a bit of a letdown for those of us with higher cleanliness standards. Parking was another headache, limited and hard to arrange, which didn't add to the ease of my stay. Finally, the bathroom could seriously benefit from a rail for towels near the sink. The compactness made it a hassle to manage essentials.

Ideal choice for a short stint in Krakow with good price value. The hotel staff went the extra mile by providing a packed breakfast to take on an early tour. Bring your own hair conditioner as they don't provide it at the hotel.

Room temperature control can be tricky. While the air conditioning fails to cool adequately, street noise from passing trams disrupts sleep if your window faces that way. Forget the towel rail in the bathroom. The layout makes it a bit cramped, which can be inconvenient for managing essentials post-shower. The bathroom floor design presents a hazard after showers, as it gets slippery quickly, and a lack of daily sheet changes might not meet everyone's cleanliness standards.
